With the economy the way it is today, everyone is
working with a tight budget. Plus to make it even worse, we all seem to be
working twice as hard for half as much. Even with all of that, we just can't
give up our desserts. Here are a couple of tips you help you make budget
desserts.
1. If a recipe calls for cream, try whole milk. If
it calls for whole milk, try 2 percent and so on. (for the health concious)

You've got company coming tonight and you just
don't have time to make dessert. Instead of purchasing a costly dessert from
the store, pull one right out of your own freezer. Many desserts can be frozen.

Check your cupboards while making your shopping list. This way you won't be
purchasing expensive unnecessary baking items.
